Fix Misaligned Labels

Sometimes the printed text does not fit or align perfectly within labels.

The most common problem is that the merged text of a particular label is too long and so the text gets wrapped to a new line. This forces the height of the label to exceed the maximum label height. In turn, all other labels below the label move down and become misaligned (see screenshot below). 

The issue can be resolved in one of the following ways:

• Reduce the font size in the label box to try to avoid the text wrapping to a new line. 

• Use a different/larger label template that can accommodate the desired font size.

• Truncate the text that is wrapping to a new line so that it fits on one line.

• Check that optimum print settings have been selected (see screenshot below).
