This article describes how to design, create, and print identical Avery sticker labels using an online label maker in Google Docs and Google Sheets. Making multiple copies of an identical label has never been easier. Through a few clicks, multiple copies of the same label can be made using Avery Label Merge add-on.
Start Avery Label Merge add-on in Google Docs by clicking on Extensions > Avery Label Merge > Start to display the Avery Label Template Box and the Avery Label Merge sidebar.
Add the required text into the Google Docs Label Template Box.
Click on the Label / Envelope field to display the list of the available Avery label templates.
Select an Avery label template from the list of available Avery label templates and click on Apply. Search for an Avery label template by label code, size, description, etc.
Once an Avery label template is selected, the Avery Label Template Box changes to the size of the chosen template.
Format the text as required. The font, color, size, etc., of the *|merge fields|* can be changed in the Google Docs label template in the same way as regular text.
The Google Docs label template can be further customized with advanced label formatting.
Click on Identical Labels to create multiple copies of the same Avery sticker label in a Google Doc.
There is also an option to create multiple copies of the same Avery sticker label in a PDF.
When prompted, enter the number of how many of the same Avery label is required, then click on OK.
In the newly created Google Doc, click on the Print icon to print multiple copies of the same Avery label.
Make sure the correct printer settings are used.
