Create & Print Identical Labels

You want to create and print multiple identical labels with the same content by inputting text directly into a label template.
From the Google Docs Add-on
Step 1: Start Avery Label Merge
Start the Avery Label Merge add-on by clicking Add-ons > Avery Label Merge > Start.
This will display the label template and open the Avery Label Merge sidebar.
Step 2: Add your text
Enter your label text directly into the label template.
Step 3: Browse Avery templates
Click the Label / Envelope field to display a list of label templates.
Step 4: Choose an Avery template
Select a label template from the list and click Apply.
You can search by label code, size, description and more.
Once a template is selected, the label template box changes to the size of the chosen template.
Step 5: Design and format your label
Format your text as required.
You can change the font, color, size, etc. of the text in your label template. You can further customize your label template with advanced label formatting.
Step 6: Create your labels in Google Docs
Click Identical Labels to create your labels.
This will create a Google Doc containing your labels. You will also have the option to download your labels in PDF format.
Step 7: Enter the number of labels to generate
When prompted, enter the number of labels to generate and then click OK.
Step 8: Print or make labels in Google Docs
In your newly created label document, click the Print icon to print your labels.
Make sure you have the correct printer settings.
From the Google Sheets Add-on
Step 1: Start Avery Label Merge
Start the Avery Label Merge add-on by clicking Extensions > Avery Label Merge > Start.
This will open the Avery Label Merge dialog box.
Step 2: Add your text
Enter your label text directly into the label template.
Step 3: Browse Avery templates
Click the Label / Envelope field to display a list of label templates.
Step 4: Choose an Avery template
Select a label template from the list and click Apply.
You can search by label code, size, description and more.
Step 5: Design and format your label
Format your text as required.
You can change the font, color, size, etc. of the text in your label template.
Step 6: Create your labels in Google Docs
Click Identical Labels to create your labels.
